CANCELLATION GUIDE
If you must cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so at least 48 hours previous to the appointment. If you're unable to, a cancellation fee will be invoiced for cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment:
Training Cancellations ($50)
Block Walk Cancellations ($15)
Nature Hike Cancellations ($20)
Training Walk Cancellations ($25)
Exercise Cancelations with less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount.
Initial Consultation
A 1-on-1 meeting with one of our trained professionals, we will discuss your difficulties and goals in order to create a structured plan to help get your dog to where you want them!
*Initial consultations are often booked for dogs with excessive behaviour issues

These are our base prices for training. We provide that service at a cost of drive time per minute to homes further than 10 minutes from our office.
SESSION INFORMATION
*Sessions are 60-minutes long
Sessions may vary between in home and in public to reach your desired behaviour for your dog!
Sessions expire after 6 months for the reason that dogs may develop new behaviours and can change substantially in 6 months time. We would love to honour your sessions but, a new assessment may have to be made.
